Scaling up Strategies:

The strategic plan includes growth and expansion strategy regarding the numbers of beneficiaries, the type of services or place of work where the number of beneficiaries will be increased and doubled to include the majority of civilians inside Syria, refugees outside of Syria. Also, the organization is going to work on to ensure increasing its financial resources whether through donors or local partnerships.

Stability Strategies:

Stability strategy (continuation of the current situation) will be applied to the quality of some services related to awareness and education programs.

Sectors of the Strategic:

First Sector: Protection Program

Objective: To raise key protection concepts to reintegrate people affected by conflict.

Activities:

• PSS
• Child Protection
• Gender Based Violence (GBV)
• Mine and ERW risk education (RE)

Second Sector: Women Empowerment Initiatives
Objective: project selection criteria (women headed households)

Activities:

• Empower women economically
• Awareness and advocacy campaigns for women and the most vulnerable groups
• Activities that contribute to the political, economic and social empowerment of women

This includes working on continuation/ sustainability of delivering outstanding projects and programs initiatives, to raise and support education & awareness of high quality to meet beneficiaries’ needs, to exceed donors’ expectations and to achieve the best levels of satisfaction by adhering to our values and procedures and performance monitoring process

Third Sector: Livelihood Programs
Objective: To support civilians by sustainable livelihood projects.
Activities:

• Savings institution and Micro credits
• Small sub funds/grants
• Grants for agriculture and livestock.

Fourth Sector: Education

Objective: rehabilitating schools and educational centers and implementing remedial programs of the education in Syria.

• Alternative education
• Scholarships

Fifth Sector: Promoting the culture of coexistence and constructive dialogue.

Objective: To achieve conscious interaction with different cultures.

Activities:

• Raise coexistence culture
• Development of social skills (communication, dialogue and renounce violence …)
• Promote social and human values
